1. BACKGROUND

SE 559329-1270 (“Posterinc”) The detailed contact information and other information about Poster Inc are set forth on the website. The General Conditions are only applicable for Customer that are consumers.
1.2 The Customer must be minimum 18 years or older to order and make a purchase at the Website. In accordance with Swedish Law. Poster Inc doesn’t accept any credit purchases or order by persons below 18 years of age. Poster Inc reserves the right to deny or change an customers order (etc if the customer has provided incorrect personal data and/or has any record for non-payment of debt.)

1.5 IF Poster Inc find websites or business copying Posters Inc product names, graphics and images design or layout from our product Poster Inc we will send out and ask to the website or owner to remove that content. If Poster Inc not get a reply within 24 hours from Poster Inc will report the offending site to their webhost for copyright infringement. Most hosts have a suspend site immediately, ask questions later policy as they are ultimately held responsible. Offending websites will also be issued with an invoice for $ 500 USD per content stealing on their site that will be payable within 10 days. Failure to pay will result in legal action being take regardless of the where the site owner is based or the website is hosted.
2. CONTRACTS AND ORDERS
When you are going to order through the website, the customer must accept the General Conditions. 2.2 An purchase agreement is concluded when Poster Inc has confirmed the Customers order and the Customer has received an order confirmation from Poster Inc through email. The Customer has the right to cancel their order up until it has been confirmed by Poster Inc. If they customer choose to cancel the order Poster Inc will refund the payment to the customer or their pay- or credit card company has been made with regard to the order.
3 CUSTOMER INFORMATION
3.1 When the customer registers their user information account and/or places a order, the customer will be requested to provide some personal data. The Customer confirms that information provided is correct and complete and is responsible for any type of errors in the information provided to Poster Inc. 3.2 If Poster Inc suspects that the customer abuses their user account or their log-in details or otherwise violates with the General Conditions. Poster Inc has the right to block the customers access to their user account. Furthermore, Poster Inc is entitled to assig new log-in details for the customer.
3.3 The customer undertakes to ensure that no one, except the customer, uses the customer’s login details/information. The customer may not disclose their password or username to any person and shall ensure the any documentation with information about password and username is kept in such way that unauthorized persons may not access the information. The customer shall notify Poster Inc by the the moment without any delay if it may be suspected that any unathorised person has obtained access to the customers password. The customer is responsible for all purchases made with the customers log-in details if the customer hasn’t not provided such notification.
4. PRICES, FEES AND PAYMENT
4.1 Poster Inc prices stated on the website apply to orders placed on the website. All the prices are presented in your currency and include VAT. The prices doesn’t include payment and shipping fees, which are given to the consumers separately.

Poster Inc are entitled to charge the customer already in connection with the order. Unless invoicing or any other similar payment method has been select by the customer and approved by Poster Inc. Upon invoicing or partial payment, Poster Inc or its partners may obtain a third party credit report. In such a case you will be informed with this accordingly. Poster Inc reserves the right to offer all payment methods at all times, alternatively change payment method if the payment method the customer has selected does not work, for whichever reasons, at the time of fulfilment of the order. 5. GIFT CARD
Poster Inc’s gift cards are sold with an three (3) years valid from the date of issue and can be redeemed in Posters Inc web shop. After the expiry date, the card can’t be used as a payment or reactivated, nor can any remaining value be reimbursed. The gift card from Poster Inc constitutes legal tender and must be stored securely. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash or credits. Lost or Stolen gift cards will not be replaced.
6. SPECIAL OFFERS
Poster Inc may sometimes provide special offers on the website which may also have more favourable conditions tan those set forth in these General Conditions, e.g. with regard to payment or extended right of withdrawal. Such conditions will also apply for the duration of the special offer and for specific product set fort by Poster Inc in connection there with. 7. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
7.1 Poster Incs products can take anywhere between 2-7 business days for Poster Inc to print apparel products, and 2-5 business days for non-apparel product. Most of our products are printed in 3 business days. Deliver will be made no later than 30 working days after Poster Inc has confirmed the order in writing through the order confirmation.
7.2 The expected deliver time is set forth in your order confirmation, at the checkout and on the current product page on the website. If a delivery is delayed more than 30 working days and it is not due to you as customer, you are entitled to cancel the purchase.
7.3 If any package will be picked up at a specific delivery point, the customer shall do so within the time specified in your notification. The packages shall be retrieved personally with an valid identification and the order number. The customer will receive an notification of delivery stating when and where the package should be picked-up or received. You will find the notification be made by a e-mail, ordinary mail if the customer has provided a mobile number, also by phone or SMS.
If the customer doesn’t pick up the package Poster Inc is entitled to charge the customer with a fee for $25. In case of a home delivery there shall be a person available to accept the parcel.
8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWEL
8.1 When purchasing product on the websube, the customer has a 14 day withdrawal period. This are meaning that the customer has the right to cancel any purchase by notifying Poster Inc accordingly withing 14 days from when the customer or their representative received the product. Poster Inc doesn’t offer the right of return or exchange on prints that has been personalised and print to order. Poster Inc also cannot accept right of return if the customer print has been order for printed to order.
8.2 When the customer wants to withdraw a purchase, the customer shall, prior to the expiry of the withdrawal period, send a clear message to Poster Inc in the manner set forth here. The customer need to provide their name, address and relevant information, e.g. order, invoice number, reference and the product name in the message.
8.3 If the customer uses the right of withdrawal, the customer shall pay for all the return of shipping costs and is responsible for the condition of the product after the customer has received the product and during return shipping. The customer must return the package withing 14 days from the date Poster Inc was notified of the withdrawal. The product must be sent well packages, in an good condition and in the original box/packaging. All returns need to be sent to Poster Inc with the methods and direction set fort on the website.
8.4 When the customer choose to withdraws their purchase, Poster Inc will refund the amount the customer paid for the product/prints, including shipping costs. Any additional shipping cost due for the customer choosing another deliver y option than the standard delivery Poster Inc offer to customer are exempted from a refund. Upon return of part of a order the shipping costs will not be refunded to the customer. Poster Inc are entitled to deduct an amount from the amount to be refunded, which corresponds to depreciation in value of the product compared to original value of the product.
8.5 Poster Inc will refund and pay back the amount without undue delay, no later than within 14 days from the date Poster Inc received the customer notification of the withdrawal. Poster Inc can may delay repayment until Poster Inc has received back the product/poster or the customer has provided proof that the product/poster has been returned. For example, proof of certificate of the delivery. Repayment will be made from Poster Inc to the customer by the payment method chosen by the customer unless otherwise agreed or if there is any objection for such an repayment.

10. WARRANY AND COMPLAINTS
10.1 Some of the Poster Inc product/prints may be subject of warranties. Information about our warranty period and the special conditions for warranties for each product respectively, is set forth on the website or in Poster Inc General Conditions. Warranties for Poster Inc product will only cover the original manufacturing defect and accordingly not any fault arising upon or after any individual change of the products function and appearance, for example rebuilding, upgrading or any other configuration of our products. The customers order confirmation constitutes the certificate of the warranty.
10.2 The right to file an complaint applies to the products/prints which are defective according to applicable consumer protection legislation. If the customer wishes to assert their right to file a complaint for any product/prints ordered must contact Poster Inc, as soon as possible after find out or discover the defect. Complaints should me within two (2) months of the discover to be considered made in a timely manner. The customer has a 2 year warranty on the products/prints purchased on the website.
10.3 When a product, for which a complaint has been filed, is returned and the complaint approved. Poster Inc will refund the customer and strives to do it within 14 days from receipt of the complaint to Poster Inc. Poster Inc refund the customer in compliance with an applicable consumer protection legislation. Refund can delay depends on the product/prints. Poster Inc reserves to have the right to refuse any complaint if the product/prints if the product is defective.
11. FORCE MAJEURE
11.1 Neither party party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under the contract to the exten that such delay or failure is cause by an Force Majeure.
11.2 An Force Majeure Event means any event beyond a party’s reasonable control, which by its nature cold not have been foreseen, or if it could have been foreseen was unavoidable, including strike, war, lock-outs or other industrial disputes. (whether involving its own workforce or an third party’s), transport network, failure of energy sources, war, acts of God, terrorism, riot, civil, commotion, pandemic, civil commotion, interference by civil or military authorities, national or international calamity, malicious damage, armed conflict, breakdown of plant or machinery, nuclear, chemical or biological contamination, sonic boom, explosions, collapse of building structures, fires, storms, floods, earthquakes, loss at sea, epidemic or similar events, natural disasters or extreme adverse weather conditions, or a default of suppliers or subcontractors.

Any disputes shall be settled by agreement after discussions with Posters Inc’s customer services.
